MBBS NRI Quota Admission 2026 in Rajasthan Government Medical Colleges: Fees, Eligibility & Seats

To prevent misuse of the NRI quota, the State Authority strictly enforces the following eligibility categories and documentation requirements. You must meet the criteria in one of the following priority tiers:

Priority Categories for Allotment

Seats are allotted based on NEET 2026 merit, but preference is given in the following cascading order:

1. Priority I (Actual NRIs): The applicant themselves is an NRI, OCI, or PIO residing abroad.
2. Priority II (Children of NRIs): The applicant is the biological child of an NRI/OCI parent.
3. Priority III (Sponsored Wards): The applicant is sponsored by a genuine NRI who is a strict blood relative. The sponsor must be a First-Degree (brother, sister) or Second-Degree relative (paternal/maternal grandparents, first uncle/aunt). Distant relatives or family friends are strictly prohibited from sponsoring.

Mandatory Guidelines & Documentation

If you are applying under the NRI quota, your application will only be verified if the following documents are uploaded and physically presented during document verification:

• Proof of NRI Status: A valid Embassy Certificate or Consular letter proving the NRI status of the sponsor, issued within the last six months.
• Sponsor's Identification: Notarized copies of the sponsor’s valid Passport, Visa, and resident card/work permit of the domicile country.
• Proof of Relationship: A legally binding Family Tree Certificate or an affidavit sworn before a magistrate clearly establishing the exact biological relationship between the applicant and the NRI sponsor.
• Financial Undertaking: An affidavit from the sponsor formally undertaking the financial responsibility for the student's entire MBBS course fee.
• Bank Account Proof: Proof of the sponsor's NRE/NRO or foreign bank account to verify financial capability.
• NEET UG 2026 Scorecard: Proof of qualifying the centralized entrance exam with exam admit card.
• Academic Documents: Tenth Marksheet & Certificate , Twelfth Marksheet & School Leaving Certificate (T.C) 

Authority Warning: Any applicant found submitting forged sponsorship letters or false relationship affidavits will face immediate cancellation of their seat, forfeiture of fees, and permanent debarment from Rajasthan state counselling.
