India To International β Specialist NRI Β· OCI Β· PIO Medical Admissions & Counselling Guidance for MBBS, BDS, MD, MS and MDS candidates.
This page sets out our full Service Guidance Report and Counselling Engagement Agreement β how we work, what you receive, our fee structure, and the terms both parties agree to.
Led by Navin Harjwani, Founder & Head Counsellor, bringing over 19 years of hands-on experience guiding families through medical admissions in India. Formally established in 2020, our practice is built on one principle: every counselling decision should be driven by verified data and a clear, personalised strategy β never guesswork.
NRI, OCI and PIO admissions run on a different set of streams from the ordinary merit route β NRI-quota seats at deemed universities, private & management NRI seats, and central/state counselling in parallel. Eligibility turns on documentation, not merely rank: a valid passport and NRI/OCI/PIO status, a qualifying sponsor established under the prevailing Supreme Court framework, and a correctly executed attestation chain. A single defect here can cost a seat the candidate was otherwise entitled to β which is exactly where our guidance protects you.
Every candidate is taken through the full counselling journey below. The scope that applies to you depends on the package selected.
Review of NEET score, rank, category, course goal and NRI/OCI/PIO status & sponsor position before any strategy is built.
Verify the qualifying sponsor and map the exact attestation chain β Embassy/Consulate, Apostille or MOFA β for your country of residence.
Benchmark against verified, published historical data for a realistic, honest expectation band across institutes and fee levels.
A personalised roadmap of every relevant process β registration dates, fees, security deposits and round schedules.
Step-by-step guidance to register accurately, pay the correct fee, and complete forms without costly errors.
A curated shortlist built around profile, budget and course, with partnered universities highlighted where a fee concession applies.
An optimally ordered preference list balancing ambition with safety, weighing course priority against institute priority.
Live guidance through the choice-filling window β add, order, delete, lock β and freeze / float / upgrade options.
Direction across every round including mop-up and stray vacancy β when to hold, upgrade, or resign, and the consequences.
Transparent briefing on tuition, hostel, bond penalties, stipend and security-deposit refunds before any seat is accepted.
Checklist-driven review of reporting/joining documents, then guidance through allotment, reporting and any upgradation.
Deliberately simple, and designed to always keep you ahead β there are just two situations.

Made between India To International (2088, Vijay Nagar Colony, Sadashiv Peth, Saras Baug Road, Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra 411030) β the "Consultant" β and the candidate named on the engagement cover β the "Candidate" β with effect from the Date of Engagement.
The Consultant will provide the eleven-step counselling-guidance service, applied to the counselling processes and institutions relevant to the Candidate's NRI/OCI/PIO admission. The engagement is advisory in nature: the Consultant guides, prepares and supports the Candidate's counselling decisions.
Standard NRI/OCI/PIO Counselling β ₹2,00,000 (₹50,000 on engagement, ₹1,50,000 on admission). Partnered Deemed-University Route β where a fee concession above ₹10,00,000 is secured, a flat ₹5,00,000 (₹50,000 on engagement, ₹4,50,000 on admission), fixed regardless of concession size. The professional fee covers counselling guidance only and is separate from university registration fees, security deposits, tuition or other statutory charges, borne by the Candidate.
Provide accurate, genuine personal, academic, category and sponsor information and documentation; complete attestations promptly; share portal credentials only as needed; make all registration, deposit and fee payments on time from own resources; and take final decisions on choice locking, seat acceptance, upgradation and resignation. Timely cooperation is essential to the counselling strategy.
The Candidate warrants that all NRI/OCI/PIO status and sponsor documents are genuine and correctly attested. The Consultant is not responsible for rejection of candidature arising from false, insufficient or improperly attested documentation, or a sponsor who does not qualify under the prevailing rules.
The Consultant provides expert guidance and strategy but does not and cannot guarantee allotment of any particular seat, course, college, concession or category benefit. Final allotment is determined solely by the counselling authority or institution based on eligibility, choices, seat matrix and prevailing rules.
All analysis and shortlisting is based on verified, published historical data. Rules, seat matrices, fees and concessions are set by authorities and institutions and may change year to year; the Consultant is not responsible for changes made after guidance is given.
The Consultant will keep the Candidate's personal, academic and financial information strictly confidential, used only to deliver the counselling service. The Candidate likewise keeps the Consultant's proprietary tools, data, partnered-university arrangements and strategies confidential.
This engagement runs from the Date of Engagement until the conclusion of the counselling round(s) covered (including stray/mop-up rounds), or until the Candidate secures and finally accepts a seat, whichever is earlier.
Where the Consultant has established/converted the Candidate's eligibility to the NRI/OCI/PIO route and the Candidate has been allotted a seat at a partnered deemed university per the Consultant's recommended strategy, the professional fee is deemed fully earned upon such allotment. Should the Candidate thereafter discontinue the engagement or proceed via another consultant, the Candidate remains fully liable for the ₹2,00,000 professional fee, adjusted for any amount already paid, with the balance immediately due β because the core deliverables of category conversion and successful allotment will already stand rendered.
The ₹50,000 engagement fee is refundable in full if no admission is secured, payable after the counselling process concludes. The balance is payable only after admission is secured. This is without prejudice to Clause 9, which applies where admission has in fact been secured through the Consultant's services.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
By signing below, both parties confirm they have read, understood and agreed to the services, fee structure and terms set out in this Agreement.
